For competitions all sales and bookings are final. If a dance school, wishes to cancel their place 8 weeks notice must be given as a minimum. If less than 8 weeks notice is given then the invoice will need to be paid in full. If a dancer within your entry list is no longer able to attend , dance teachers are able to replace with another entry.
For Residential events all sales and bookings are final. If a dance school/ dancer/ parent, wishes to cancel their place 12 weeks notice must be given as a minimum. If less than 12 weeks notice is given then the invoice will need to be paid in full. All photos and videos taken on the day of the competition may be used by MOVE IT SHAKE IT LTD for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes print, social media, website, and PR. MOVE IT SHAKE IT LTD reserve the right to ask parents/ dancers/ or teachers to leave an event should they deem their behavior or conduct to be unacceptable.
