Florida Trip 2027 – Parents’ Agreement: Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
By registering your child for the Florida Trip 2027 (the “Trip”), you (the “Parent/Guardian”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. This Agreement outlines your financial obligations and the timeline for further contractual commitments.
2. Registration and Agreement to Contract
Registration for the Trip constitutes a formal expression of interest and a preliminary commitment to participate.
A formal contract outlining full trip details, terms, and itinerary will be issued 14 days after registration.
By registering, you agree to review, sign, and return the contract within any stated deadlines once it is released.
3. Financial Commitment
By registering, you agree to pay the full cost of the Trip as detailed in the forthcoming contract.
The total balance must be paid in full no later than February 18, 2027.
Payment schedules, accepted methods of payment, and refund/cancellation policies will be included in the final contract.
Once this contract agreement is signed, by signing below, you are committing to pay the amount in full.
In the unlikely event that the Company (MOVE IT SHAKE IT) opts to cancel the event you will be entitled to a full refund.
Death Clause: If death occurs within the room involving a party member, all payments will cease immediately. A partial or full refund may be applicable, subject to Disney’s terms and conditions at the time of the incident.
4. Non-Compliance
Failure to sign the formal contract or submit full payment by the stated deadline may result in your child being withdrawn from the Trip, with no obligation on the part of the organizers to reserve their place or issue refunds for partial payments.
5. Force Majeure: Acts of God including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, government restrictions or regulations, or any other unforeseen events that directly prevent the company from fulfilling their obligations. In such cases, affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event. If the force majeure event continues for a period of [60] days or more, the Company (MOVE IT SHAKE IT) may choose to cancel the event. If the event is cancelled as per Point (3) the company will refund the party.
6. Acknowledgment
By registering, you confirm that:
You have read and understood the terms above.
You agree to enter into the forthcoming contract.
You accept responsibility for ensuring full payment is made by the deadline.
