For competitions all sales and bookings are final. If a dance school wishes to cancel their places, 8 weeks notice must be given at minimum. If less than 8 weeks notice, then the teacher will need to pay in full. If a dancer within your entry list is no longer able to attend, dance teachers are able to replace with another entry.
All photos and videos taken on the day of the competition to be used by MOVE IT SHAKE IT LTD for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes print, social media, website, and PR. MOVE IT SHAKE IT LTD reserve the right to ask parents/dancers/ or teachers to leave an event should they deem their behaviour or conduct to be unacceptable.
