MOVE IT SHAKE IT Dance competitions are a professional, fun, friendly event aimed at boosting young dancer’s confidence. Designed to enable dancers to perform in the most exciting environment and to celebrate shared passions with others.
8000 dancers join us each year with bespoke medals, trophies and lots of other awards up for grabs!

The different sections we offer are as shown below.
It is a trophy and medaled event, so it nice for the dancers to go home with something if they have placed.
We also give special awards for those dancers who may not have placed, but have tried extremely hard, or stood out to the judges! Dancers that place on the day or receive a special award all qualify to competition at our Grand National Championship (GNC) at the end of the season.
Our age sections are kept small and we offer the following categories in solos, duets, trios and troupes:
